By accessing the site, participating in rides, purchasing merchandise, or engaging with the community, you agree to these Terms.
1. Community Nature
501Riders is a riding community and social organization.
We are not:
- A law enforcement agency
- A road safety authority
- A guided tour company
- A professional transportation service
Participation in rides and events is entirely voluntary.
2. Assumption of Risk
Motorcycle riding is inherently dangerous.
By participating in any ride, meetup, or event associated with 501Riders, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with:
- Motorcycle operation
- Road hazards
- Traffic conditions
- Weather
- Mechanical failures
- Other riders
- Personal injury
- Property damage
- Death
You participate entirely at your own risk.
3. Rider Responsibility
Each rider is solely responsible for:
- Operating their motorcycle safely
- Following all local, state, and federal laws
- Maintaining proper licensing and insurance
- Ensuring their motorcycle is roadworthy
- Wearing appropriate safety equipment
- Determining their own riding ability and comfort level
501Riders is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or decisions of individual participants.
4. No Warranties
All information, routes, meetup points, schedules, and ride details are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Ride plans, meetup locations, and event details may change without notice.
5. Merchandise Sales
Merchandise may be fulfilled through third-party providers including Printful.
Product colors, sizing, and materials may vary slightly from digital previews.
Unless otherwise required by law: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

6. Payments
Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
501Riders does not store complete payment card information.
7. Community Conduct
Participants are expected to:
- Treat others respectfully
- Avoid harassment or abusive behavior
- Follow applicable laws
- Ride responsibly
We reserve the right to remove individuals from community spaces or events at our discretion.
8. Media Release
By attending rides or events, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Photos and videos may be taken
- Your likeness may appear incidentally in media content
- Media may be used on websites, social platforms, promotional materials, or related publications
9. Third-Party Services
We may use or link to third-party services including:
- Stripe
- Printful
- GroupMe
- Social media platforms
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, policies, or content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 501Riders and its organizers, volunteers, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for:
- Injuries
- Property damage
- Accidents
- Financial losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Ride-related incidents
- Merchandise delays or third-party fulfillment issues
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 501Riders, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from claims arising from:
- Your participation in rides or events
- Your conduct
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of the website or services
12. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions become effective upon posting.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
